“Woof!” howled Pip the wolf playfully. Pip was the smartest and kindest wolf in her pack. She had a gray coat with a pure white chest. Her eyes were like the sky with no clouds.
Her soft gray fur was always licked twice a day. Her wondrous wild paws and face were very clean. She loves being licked by her mother and aunts. She hates poachers and wolves from other packs. She has a friend called Padma.
Pip and Padma were being licked clean by their mothers as they wriggled, jiggled and moved around. The pups begged their mothers to go wrestling near the mountains but they said no. So they waited until their mothers were asleep and then set off to play, without permission.
Adventuring through the forest the pups soon encountered a ... red bellied snake which was enormous and deadly with poisonous fangs! “RUN!!!” screamed Pip, her heart in terror, her eyes wide. Five minutes later Padma was puffed out. SNAP! “Ow!’ said Padma with her last bit of breath. “NOO!” screamed Pip.
Then Pip remembered the antidote: Evermore Berries, but the journey was too far and she had to go into stray cat territory. Pip had a dilemma; should she go tell her mum OR go get the berries from the cat’s territory! Pip decided that she would go get the berries. She journeyed far and when she was at the stray cat territory she found the berries but the cats were sleeping around it! SNAP!!! A twig broke and one of the cats was awake and then Pip was harassed. Pip beat the cats, got the berries and returned to Padma. Then she squished the berries on Padma and then Padma woke up.
